Good evening , I want to know is a serving women has right to get maintenance allowance after divorce
Yes, If she is unable to maintain herself and her own income is not sufficient to maintain her self . And if divorce is by mutual consent the women cannot claim maintainance from her husband. The divorce must be given to her by her Husband in order to claim maintainance.

It depends what theconditions as imposed during filing of yhe case of divorce. If there is any child ....he can also get maintenance from the father .....and u can also file case for the enhancement of maintenance
