Currently u.k citizen. After marriage my wife accompanied me to u.k under my dependent visa, currently I am awaiting for my divorce from Indian court(evidence & cross examination finished). Once I get ex party divorce , will I able to marry again India with that certificate, or I need to submit a single status certificate from u.k authority. I am planning to marry in India again court marriage, for that what are the documents I need to submit as the bride is Indian citizen and staying at India . Again can I bring my newly married wife to u.k. Hope I will get a detailed answer , and Thank you in advance

Once you a obtain a decree for divorce and it is confirmed, you can marry. However, you need to wait for the mandatory period allowed for filing appeal. It is possible the other party may go for appeal or approach the court to reinstate the matter to be decided on merits.
