Divorce under Christian marriage act in grounds of adultery

My friend is a Christian. He got married on Dec 2013 n hav a baby boy of 9 month old. My friend is making an allegation dat his wife is having an extra marital affair with her own cousin so he's seeking for divorce. Since he don't have enough evidence to prove guilty of his wife, he's worried... Can u pls suggest wat he has to do next ?

In the Matrimonial issues the concerned only has to ask the query not the third person.

However, there must illegal relation, how you cam come to conclude no enough evidence, all the evidence will be place ber the trial/evidence of the case.

In any law in India to prove adultery require courage that too against women, as it require technicality , courage, as their can be no direct evidence ,or so call co incidences ,hence you have to fight technically ,provided it is not Mere suspicion ,hence if you think that it's a fact ,consult in our office : OFC : Adv Pankaj kumar & associate..
