Divorce proceedings u/s 9 of HMA

I have filed divorce u/s HMA on cruelty. 1. Can I file application for 21b for expeditious trial in initial petition itself, even if there has been no unnecessary adjournment or delay in court proceeding. 2. If a person is not willing to become witness, Can I ask the court to force/ summons the person to become a witness in family case.
If the apposite person in the matter is not coming to the court you should make an application and get exporte done for non appearance of parties after that court will pass an order In your favour!you can't file an application invoking another section so exporte is the right procedure!
