I m separate from bilaspur for 2.5 yrs,custody of son with him,he filed restitution of conjugal rights 2 times which was dismissed due to his nonattendance 8months back,nw he filed adultery against me,under which clause and ground or section can I file my divorce petition.whether I can have irretrievably breakdown of marriage as ground?plz guide me l m hindu

you can file a divorce pettition u/s 13 a HMA with mention cruelity . A case of adultary can not proof easily. so dont be afraid.In that dist where you live usealy you can file a divorce pettion in family court. The grounds of divorce can be more on factul basis which you not mentioned here .
