Divorce notice not delivered what action can I take

I had sent legal notice to my wife.. But wife family said wife not here...not opening door.. and postman making false record ... I know address is right..n wife is at home only.... My wife left house after 2 month of marriage..now 1 year complete... What should i do next??

Dear client if wife is not responding to summons then u personally go with postman and affix summons copy on the door of the house. And submit the report in court. For any legal help call me

Please proceed with the matter as you have served the notice to the last known address you know and you prove the court that it was delivered to said address and you do not have the whereabouts of her, You can also try sending notice at her parents residential address.

you can directly proceed before the family court.
there's no compulsion for notice.
now, you have to file divorce case before the family court.
if she doesnt appear, the proceedings will be ex parte.
