Foreign courts are not under the hon’ble supreme court as it all depends on international laws and conventions however party should not submit to the jurisdiction of foreign court where litigation is going and recognition of judgement of foreign court in India is always questionable and same can be objected on the count of jurisdiction very well . Further party domiciled in india can take recourse to legal proceedings under hindu law
