I was married in 2014 ,Nov. My husband lived with me 4 months after marriage and I went USA and he went Swisserland after some time' .He came to visit me in USA also for 15 days. During all the period we stayed together till date I do not have any physical relation with him ,he is unable to perform husband duties with me and gives lame reasons for the same. I told him to go to the doctor , he told me that doctor has told him that he is perfectly fine. He gives all his money to his father ,we had spent lot of money in marriage and he even took my money . In all this he fights with me and is not coming to India now .I am staying in my parents home in India and not able to resolve the issue.

Not treating you as wife and not performing functions of a husband amounts to mental cruelty and is a good ground to dissolve the marriage.
Your husband and you need to discuss this matter and if he is properly advised, you both should file for a mutual divorce since that will be both, cost and time effective.

Dear Client, You are hereby advised to file a divorce petition against your husband. The court summons will be served to his address where he is currently situated. You are further request to share more specific information like where are you residing as of now, for how long have you been seperated? Etc.

In all this you dint state anywhere as to what would you want to do about it. One thing that I would want to suggest is that you go to a counsellor and work on your marriage but if you do not think it can work then you should consider about a divorce.
Thanks
