Divorce from husband living abroad from past 5 years

Hindu :Divorce from husband living aborad.Hi my husband is not giving me my expenses and living abroad and spending all his earnings on his mother and sister what should I do its more than 5yrs of marriage and we have no children .
I would like to suggest you that instead of going for a divorce you can file two petition. One is domestic violence and the other is under crpc 125 for maintenance .once he will start paying you intrem maintenance he will then comes to compromise table. So dont file divorce petition from your end.

You can file for divorce on the ground of desertion under the Hindu Marriage Act. Since he is not providing for your expenses, you can also file a petition for maintenance under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
