Divorce between Hindu girl and Muslim boy

I m hindu girl and married to a Muslim guy on june 2015.I married him according to court not according to quaran or Islam. Now I want to end this relationship due to personal reasons.If I take divorce from him then can I get my maintenance from him or I have any right to claim my ratio from his property?
If you married under the Special Marriage Act, as it seems you did, you are not governed by Islamic law, which only governs nikahs between Muslims. Thus, your divorce would also be governed by Special Marriage Act, and you can claim maintenance as well.
