22-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Recently 4 months back they got married(Hindu). Girl accepted due to parents pressure ,she was in love with other person before marriage. Now she is not able to adjust with husband . husband says that he is ready to adjust with her but sometimes because of her attitude he is getting angry.so she has lost faith that even if she adjust now , down the line husband will point at her past and hurt her mentally. So considering all these when asked for mutual , husband is not ready to give ..saying that he is been cheated and she has to stay with him at any cost. Please provide your suggestion

HI
The wife can file a for divorce on grounds of irretrievable break down of marriage after completion of 1 year of marriage.
Or the wife can file false cases of Domestic violence, Dowry harassment etc in the women's police station and walk away from matrimonial home for now.
Or the wife can simply walk away from the matrimonial home right now and then wait for 1 year .
if you want to file for divorce, you need to wait for 1 year from the date of marriage.
For walking away from a matrimonial home, the girl can walk away from matrimonial home at her own wish and accord.

Dear,

If she is unable to adjust let her express with her husband that he don't have any right to torture her and play with her emotions else law has to come into play. She can definitely invoke the contested divorce petition before the concerned family court and file the application of divorce on the grounds of cruelty....
