But divorce is not granted within 1 year of marriage actually 1 year of marriage shall be completed.

as per section 14 of hindu marriage act the divorce petition cannot be presented within one year of the marriage. also for presenting the petition under 13B i.e divorce by mutual consent, a period one year is required under the law. however in case the marriage is void or voidable the petition may be presented at any time.

Only in extreme circumstances, divorce petition is maintainable. The general rule is, no divorce petition will be entertain untill and unless one year has been elapsed. But if the situation is such that you cannot live with spouse even for a single moment then only the court will entertain such divorce petition. For that purpose you have to tell me your situation then only me or any other lawyer can draft your petition. Revert me .All the best.

No not at all. Divorce can be file only after the period of one year from the date of marriage. If you want to divoce then you have to live seprately from your husband/wife. So i can suggested you live seprately from your
husband/wife

You seem to be in hurry For everything perhaps Shall I presume that you married under Hindu Marriage Act Why you want divorce is perhaps because you don't match Perhaps it's your first marriage and perhaps you are a lady
So under the law one year period is required unless there are strong justifications and you must explain them all before you put a query
