Dined staying together after 1 year is this ground for annulment

Dear client as there is physical relation between both off u so u cannot ask annulment of marriage. U have to file divorce on the ground of cruelty desertion. But u both r ready for divorce then u both can file mutual divorce. For any legal help call me

Yes one spouse can also file but spouse filing the petition has to make allegation of fraud or non consummation of marriage.from instruction it is not possible to avail the said ground unless you make make false submission n other person accept allegation .I think it is not.appropriate for both of you. N court will not grant decree so casually n time consumed will be same.Better to file consent n seperately in decent way without making allegation
