Daughter left husband and now she want divorce.

My daughter got married six year ago, and due to misunderstanding between husband and wife , stayed seperatly since last five years . now we want divorce from the boy. girl staying in mumbai and boy staying abroad . boys parent staying in Mumbai.

You daughter can very well seek divorce from her husband on grounds of cruelty and desertion. There is no restriction on filing divorce petition even if the husband resides abroad. He can come on hearing or appoint his parents as his Power of Attorney.
