Date of second marriage is earlier then divorce date

Date of Second Marriage in Marriage Certificate is earlier than the date of divorce (dissolution of first Marriage). Date of divorce is 11-11-2010. But I got the marriage certificate for my second marriage on which date is 22-09-2010. Because I started living with my second partner from 22-09-2010.but we actually got married after 5 Months. but second wife wanted the date of marriage as the day we started living together. but I did not think of date of divorce. She is also divorced. but the previous marital status is not mentioned in the marriage certificate for both of us. Please let me know
