Hi
The arguments which he is recording must indicate cruelty caused by you to him. Mere wear and tears of marriage does not have any serious impact.

Your husband has already taken legal advise and he is acting in legal advise.
Hence , you need to play and act double smart from him to plan and act to protect your interests.

Taking Divorce is not easy if you are opposing and hence it will depend on the facts of your case to oppose the Divorce.

First of all what kind of remedy you want?
in this situation women can opt for multiple choices of action and a bunch of action also be used.
if u want to live with husband then forget about serious actions.
when wife takes serious action against husband and in-laws, there's presumption of end of marriage.

Your options: 498a ipc, 125 crpc, dv, divorce and other provisions of hindu marriage act
