confusion regarding mutual consent or without mutual consent

My wife is not coming back to home from last 4months and they are now demanding rs 5 lakhs and she had stolen gold purchased by both the parties they will go for without mutual consent if we dont pay the money and gold purchased by both parties. please confirm for stridhan concept, can i ask them to return mangalsutra and bengles purchased by me. please suggest me cost involved in without mutual consent divorce as we do not trust the girl and her family. and also suggest for alimony amount (my salary 28k in hand) and i am sole earner and my parents are medical patient

Stridhan is the gold and other things which she has received at the time of marriage. (from her parents or your side too). you cant ask for mangalsutra back. you have not mention what is she doing and how much she has studied. on that ground you can fight for alimony. also do you have any kids?

dear client you have not mentioned 2 main facts first how many years or months your marriage life retained second but important for saving alimony and maintenance amount if the period of marriage is too short and she willfully not returning back then don't take any tension don't give 5 lakhs ,we can show that they have intentionally deceived you for money demands, if her educational is professional one then we can insist court about she can get job .but detailed ideas possible only when I get the full history.don't hesitate for contact.if you like my opinion, please rate me.
