Completed one year of marriage want to file for divorce

before 1 yrs I got married now I want to fill divorce to my husband for violence , after filling divorce by me in how many days my husband will receive divorce notice?

You could have file the divorce before one year of marriage if extraordinary hardship happened to her. After filing a divorce petition, your husband will receive notice within a month. He has to file his reply within stipulated time. If you satisfy the judge, judge will sign the first motion of divorce. After six month second motion divorce takes place.
