Clarification regarding jurisdiction of divorce case ?

i am living in noida but can i file divoce case in delhi. case is also of ghaziabad district.

If you and your wife last time resided as husband wife in Delhi so you can file case in Delhi .if your in laws and wife resides in Delhi than she can file in delhi .if youor your wife resides in indrapuram khotdda or any other part of Ghaziabad than it s jurisdictions will be Ghaziabad

The provision regarding jurisdiction of Divorse petition is very flexible regarding wife ,but you had not mentioned your gender so couldn't give you exact advice ,but presuming you are wife ,in that case you could file the divorce petition where you live with few exceptions !contact for detail advice !

There are two grounds of jurisdiction for filing divorce where the marriage was solemnized and where both parties lastly resided after marriage but can be managed it depends on your lawyer kindly see section 19

Where your marriage is done my friend. The jurisdiction of file divorce petition is where living both are parties or there consume his marriage together or where any party live permanent can file divorce suit in the family court.

आप देहली में केस सिर्फ तभी दायर कर सकतीं हैं, जब आप संबंधित न्यायालय को इस तथ्य से संतुष्ट कर सकें कि आप वर्तमान समय में देहली में अस्थायी तौर पर निवास कर रही हैं... अन्यथा की स्थिति में आप नोयडा में ही केस दायर करें तो उचित होगा ।
