clarification regarding child custody and property share after divorce

My wife filed divorce 3 months back, can she ask her part on my Fathers property, 2- can I get my daughters custody (8.6yrs) . 3- can ask part from my asset like gold or plot.
What is the reason divorec. How many times marrige u .how many child.property kis ke name hai . Property kaha hai. Aap ka proffession kya hai . Divorce petation kb file ki hai . Us mai kya ground diye .

No she can't ask any part from your father property. Yes u can get custody of your daughter but for this you have to file a case in family court. She can't claim any share from your assests. Only she can ask for maintenance. But u discuss on what grounds she has filed divorce to make picture clear.
