I have filled case against my husband for divorce before 4 years under cruelty after 2yrs court dismissed case. I again appield and now more than two years court is not giving judgement . My husband not taken any notice court said to publish notice in news paper after all the formalities completed court is not giving x party
You are wrongu should have instead obtain order under order 5 rule 20 of c.p.cfor effecting service and that would have been proper service ,now you also apply for maintenence and Domestic Violence Act , your husband will give u divorce
