Child born from 2nd marriage without taking divorce from 1st marriage

I am in a live in relation with a man last 10 years. We did only arya samaj marriage because i was legally married first time to another man at the time of arya samaj marriage to second man. I have daughter with second man. I want daughter after breakin up wit second man. Does the second man have legal right to daughter since he is her biological father second man has become alcoholi and is verbally abusive to me and he is violent and hot tempered because of drinking alcohol problem.What does the law say about this?
Firstly the marriage is void marriage between you and the second man. If you are divorcedand than married than its legal. And if its legal then he have the right to have custody of your daughter as he is biological father of her. For more call on my number
