Cheating wife filed false case how can I take divorce

I m basant padhy married person.aftr 1yr married lide my wife keep physical relationships with one of my friend n handover me police by false alligation.police beat me infornt of them.ask me to leave all property of my rented room with wife.my wife cheated 2times like this.now she do nt send divorce she doesnt live with me.police do nt take my case.i want to divorece my wife n punish my frnd by ligally .i hav no children.wht to do?plz suggest

dear client first collect the proof of wife's affair like her call details and then file case of adultery against her and her boyfriend. once adultery is proved in court then her boyfriend is punished for five years jail. then file divorce on the ground of adultery against her. u will get divorce and need not to pay any alimony to her. for any legal help call me
