a indian house wife n she also govt teacher. cheat to her husband when he was goes out for 1 year.then i came n watch her behaviour but i cant understand but one day my wifes some memorycards found me and i am read that memory cards so i found many photos of my wife wid other guy in serious position.and i also read all whatsup messages and she get 3 times abortion, it was strong proof bcoz all talking between both are as boy friend girlfriend ..like .i love u .love u too .plz sir we had a baby and she lost all rights .and she accepted that she had a big mistake n sorry felt but i cant bcoz i love her so much n she break my trust....i want divorse n she agree ....i get go to court n case her n her family bcoz her all family members knows that but no one tell that is wrong thing and they all use my money n my reputation..i make for home for his father...n sab kuch kiya unke liye per unhone mere sath cheat kiya,kya sirf ye din dekhne ke liye shadi kari, manhani ka dawa karna chahta hu
If you want file divorce petition against your wife in hindu marriage act 1955 of section 13 b . this is mutual consent divorce both parties are available to come in court.the agreed with you granting divorce decree.
