Case is in mediation what is the next step

I got married in 2001 and having 2 kids mY wife has filled 2 cases against me under dv act and u/s 125 of maint she is residing in my home my lawyer has sent the case to mediator it is good startegy to send the case to mediator
yes its a good one other wise there is no end litigation specially when you dont have any evidence to prove or disprove your case. your wife other wise living in your house only and fighting cases with you there is not muchc you can do so it would be better to sort matter through mediation...

Mediation may be a good strategy at times, as i may tell you from my personal experience that through mediation, at times couples are able to resolve their differences and get along together, which is good for children, as they bear most burnt in disputes between their parents.

Sending the case in mediation is a good step to take a chance to save a family going to be sahttered... hon'ble supreme Court had been also directed to subordinate courts in so many cases to take a step to solve the matrimonial dispute through mediation.... so this is a common process.
