Cant alimony be demanded from husband if the wife is working

Hindu marriage. Cant alimony be demanded from husband if the wife is working? What would be the income per month of the wife to demand alimony? Husbands income 12 la per annum.
If income of wife is less than husband then wife can claim alimony for her as well as for her children of their custody remains with her. she is entitled to get alimony to in every respect. File a case in proper court.
