Can wife get her belonging from husbands home if living separately

CAN I GET MY STUFFS FROM MY HUSBAND HOUSE SINCE I AM STAYING SINCE LAST ONE YEAR WITH MY MOTHER AND FATHER. WE HAVE CALLED FOR ENDING UP FOR MARRIAGE BUT THEY ARE NOT TURNING UP. I WANTED TO GET MY STUFFS BACK FROM THERE.
Yes you can ask them to return your belonging (Stri dhan) from your in-laws by way of your proper proceeding before court of law. No in-law can claim any right over the property of a women and she has exclusive right over stri dhan. What document you have for claiming your stuff??

Yes you can get your stuffs back, but for that you have to make application before the hon'ble court in the same which is filed by you for divorce. If your application is allowed by court then you will get your stuffs.
