Dear don't worry for taking divorce you need certain conditions which are mentions in sec 13hma on which you file divorce. Simply by saying that one of spouse is not willing to live together with other spouse is not required.

Sir
I have already dealt with the same case and position in Pathankot district courts. If u don't want to give divorce to your wife u have to file a period of section 9 HMA Hindhu mairage act I.e restitution of conjugal rights and this will curtail her to live with u and if in case she files a divorce case the said case will give u advantage against divorce case filed by her. So I suggest to file section 9 HMA petition in Jalandhar. For that even u need not come here u just need to sign the petition send by lawyer to u. For more information contact me. Will guide u accordingly.
