Hi

Your wife cannot claim 50â„… of the property which you possess.
The quantum of maintenance will be decided upon the fulfillment of he basic necessities.

There is no straight jacket formula for parting away the property to wife in case the matter is contested in concerned Family Court/Civil Court. If parties decides to dissolve marriage by mutual consent in such case both can enter into consent terms and decide their own terms and conditions. If she filed any application/petition for maintenance you can contest the same in accordance with Law and oppose the same. Grant of alimony/maintenance is ultimately depends upon facts and circumstances of each case. It is the settle principle of Law that maintenance includes shelter i.e. residence.
Now as far as daughter is concerned it is the responsibility of father to maintain unmarried daughter till she gets married.

No any court legally may order her claim, i e, your half properties & 40 % salary as maintenance for herself
You have not specified important points, e g, your said properties are self-earned, ancestral or else ?
Maintenance decided on considering several factors
daughter is also entitle for maintenance, subject to condition
wife may not be eligible for either, in particular case
Thnx
