Can wife claim maintenance if she is staying with her husband

There is No wife shall be entitled to receive an allowance from her husband if:She is living in adultery, or Without any sufficient reason she refuses to live with her husband, or They are living separately by mutual consent. But if wife is residing with her husband then can she claim for maint u/s 125 Regards

Yes, wife has the right to claim for maintenance as long as she is not earning more than the husband and/or husband is handicapped and not in a position to maintain her. Besides these reasons. the wife can claim for maintenance u/s 125 if she is not getting any money from her husband.
