Can wife avail interim maintenance awarded by two different courts

I as a wife, have been awarded two different maintenance from two different courts i.e. interim maintenance under DV Act 2005 and HAMA Act 1956. I had both the courts about both the interim maintenance. opposite party has filed an appeal to quash one interim maintenance as wife can not avail both interim maintenance. Is there any recent Supreme Court or any of the High Courts' order regarding both the maintenance can be availed by wife.
yes wife can avail interim maintainance with two different court but she has to prove that first court order is not paased sufficien interim maintainace as per standard of husband status..and she can submit documents regarding this ...d lot of judgement on this that she can avail interim maintaince from different court
