Can we marry immediately after divorce?

my bf is married and has two kids. his wife is ready for divorce but he wants kids'authority. we want immediate marriage after divorce. is it possible? even my bf is applying for canada. he wants to take me with him. can these both process (divorce+visa apply) be started at the same time?
Yes, if they take divorce by mutual consent. Further, but he or you cannot apply as spouses for visa till decree of divorce is granted/passed by a competent court of jurisdiction and you people get married. Though each one of you can apply for individual visa.

Hii...after taking divorce one can get mariage any time.your boy friend can get mariage with you immidiately after taking divorce from his first wife.if he wants to take you with him for caneda you should registered your marriage according to law.
