sir my sons wife filed a petition for amicable settlmentat legal aid clinic date is gone this is first letter what we can do howmany letter come after this what they do all thing please help me thanks
Lok Adalat cannot issue arrest warrant, matters can be taken up by lok adalat only after consent by both the parties.
The letter received from the lok adalat is not binding on you ,if you don’t want to attend lok adalat no decision will be taken against you and it will not be affecting you.
