Can we file divorce case in Lok Adalat

I am from a smail zilla can I file my divorce case in lok adalat --- lok adalat told that it is pre litigation case so they cannot take there case but I want to file divorce we are hindu aand we belong to general category
Hi, you can seek a help of legal aid in case you cannot afford an advocate every court has the facility of providing legal help to the needy who cannot shell out money to pay to advocates

The jurisdiction for granting divorc is only with Family Courts in the respecctive regions, except for few areas where Family Courts are not established and the cases are handled by the Additional District Judges at Civil Courts. You can not file the divorce case at Lok Adalat. You need to file Divorce under Hindu Marriage Act. Please contact the local lawyer.
