Can the divorce case be transferred

Sir my husband file divorce case in Kangra Himachal pardesh and I was not lived there but my husband filed divorced petition in Kangra and said that ki main Himachal main unke sath rhi hu ... but i was married in Delhi and also lived in Delhi .. my husband also filed sec 9 case in Delhi which he also admitted that I m lived there ... these two cases he admit different statement .. in this behalf can I transfer my divorce case in Delhi
Yes may file an application for tranfer your case from himachal to delhi. How come he has filed a divorced petition in himachal and an application of section 9 in delhi. .
