Can settlement in the court withdraw the matter after second motion?

can we deposit settlement amount to the court and it will be withdraw after second motion is it posible or any secure way to handle this condition in first motion

Hi if the matter is settled before court consent terms are filed before court so you can deposit whatever is in the court or you can directly give it to the opponent with his signature on the application. It can be done in first motion all records are safe wife court only they must be in written form.

A similar query has already been reslonded by me. Be tat as it may, it is always open for u to deposit settlement amount with the court. U can have riders and conditions put in ur petition to ensure that the withdrawal of the said amount is only after a divorce decree is passed.

Dear client there is provision to deposite settle amount in court. But u can mention in mutual divorce petition that u will pay first part on first motion and remaining amount after second motion. For any legal help call me
