Can second marriage take place if not received divorce certificate

Respected sir , my wife has filed a peatition against me that I didn't have any ability in sexul activities so she want divorce.here Im ex partee ,. 11,01,2017 court allowed divorce and we are saperate now .but I didn't get any certificate from court ,MY question is .....I want to marry another girl what time I can do for that ?
Dear Client,
You can apply for Certified Copy of the "decree and judgement" of the divorce after 30 days of the order of Divorce. It is better to apply 3 or 4 sets of certified copies to submit before various authorities viz. Marriage Registrar, to cancel the Registration of Marriage , Passport like that.

In your case you are an exparte.So the court has no obligation to give any notice or the certificate to you as you asked. Since your wife sought the divorce on the ground of impotence ,in the court order also it would be clearly specified.

your Wife get an exparte order, On your absents in the court wife get exparte order ,you have no objection for that, So this order is final.you must file a Copy application before the Court by getting this order.That order is necessary for the registration of your Second marriage, u must marry any body after 11/1/17, but registering the marriage dirvorce order from Court is ne ce SSary
