According to various decided Judgments, the term Mental cruelty can be varied and differs from facts and circumstances. The definition of cruelty, for the purposes of an agitated husband would be 'Wife's indifference and neglect and would also include direct humiliation made by wife.
For our purpose, a wife's desire to find out about the husband cannot be seen as cruelty as it does not really comply with the requirements. It can be argued, nevertheless in a Court of Law as to how the wife, without the expose being proved defamed the husband by circulating the alleged expose. It is a subject matter of how the Advocate put forth's the matter in the Court.
