Can online domestic violance case be filed agaist laws

I want to know that can i apply online for complaining about domestic violance agaist my in laws. I m hindu women. Married since 5 month. I am suffering from my in laws about mental torture about divorce. And i want to know that how can i send him a notice about that as he want divorce and i m not ready for divorce. What is the process to send a notice.
No. there are no any authority to file on line and get the protection against mentally torching. Now your Marriage life is not long its only 5 months. you may send the notice through Advocate regarding the Torture and not willingness about divorce. If you don't want to take divorce then demand hug amount of alimony from your in laws. they automatically cancel the divorce and simultaneously give simple complain to concerned police station.

You can write to National Commission for Women, complaint about the domestic violence in concerned court or can move a complaint in Women cell.
If you wish to send the legal Notice you will have to hire a lawyer.

As if u don't want to give divorce u can send a notice of domestic violence by any lawyer near by as without the notice of any lawyer u cannot file, secondly online u can file the case there is a procedure and we have to go with the procedure.
