After signing joint petition for the divorce by mutual consent, can any party withdraw their application of divorce within span of six months which is given for reconciliation? If any party can do such act, than what is the meaning of signed joint petition? is there any control of law over once signed joint petition and agreed for the divorce than suddenly due to any reason or to make trouble to other party, if any of the parties among both withdraw divorce application than does court can put up any pressure on the withdrawal party for stick to the decision he/she made?

Any party can withdraw within the stipulated time. The cannot interfere in such a decision. The case would be then conducted on merits or dismissed. In the later case if any party so desires can file a fresh case.

No, court can not pressure any of party who withdraw his or her consent and if any of party do that then court dismissed said petition as per Hindu marriage act.
There is no law that if you signed joint petition that both party must give their consent when affidavits file.
