Can one get divorce after 15 days of marriage

I was in relationship with my girl friend from last 2 years. she pressure on me for the marriage but i did not want to marry her. she fir on in women cell that i raped her by give some thing to her and promise her for the marriage. after this pressure i married her in a court marriage. my family are not agree with it. after 15 days of marriage i want to give her divorce . but she do not want to give me divorce so whats the procedure that i can get divorce from her early as soon as possible?
Surely, you can get divorce after 15 days of marriage if you are able to show to the court the exceptional hardships in living with that girl or exceptional depravity by the girl. In fact in one of my case, I got the divorce for my client after one month of marriage.

First you have to clarify under which provisions you have got married? If you got married under Hindu Marriage Act the you can file divorce petition after one year of marriage. There should be genuine grounds for filing divorce petition otherwise you would not get the divorce.
