Can my bua's son marry my sisters daughter?

My grand father had one step brother born of a different mother but from the same father.Can my grand father's grand daughter's daughter marry the son of my grand father's step brother's daughter's son under Hindu marriage act 1955? Will it be valid in the eyes of Law? In relation they are maternal uncle and niece.

Yours is a peculiar story..frankly speaking this relationship is prohibited under Hindu marriage act as both the boy and the girl come under the prohibited relationship of sapindas..from male lineage 7 relations are taken and from female side 5 relations are taken.. So it won't be a valid marriage..

As the biological father is same this marriage might have medical complications at a later stage. Legally too you are asking whether your cousin brother marry your sister's daughter i.e your niece, under Hindu religious sentiments this is not allowed, however no legal boundation is there.
