Can i take divorce with out knowledge of my wife

I want to take divorce with out knowledge of my wife. Can it be done if I arrange her signatures on divorce papers by any means.?
No even then you would not be able to as a divorce cannot be granted in absentia, i.e. the party has to be present in court. Why do you want your wife to be unaware. If she is unwilling to go for a divorce then file a petition yourself and contest the matter.

yes you can after issue notice you have to show that she is neglecting to receive the notice and after that she proceed for the Ex-party after that you can have to manage to your Ex-party Evidence its first procedure.
