HI,
you can not stop your wife for transferring the case from hyderabad to karnataka. but she has to
approach supreme court for transfer of this case. supreme court will consider all the facts and circumstances
then only will pass the orders. you can make your request in supreme court in that case and court will consider if
there is any point in your version.

Hi
In your case it seems that your wife has filed a transfer of divorce. Then u must be able to convene the court, why you don't want your case to be Transfered to another state. And if it happens so what damage and injustice will be caused to you. If you the court feels satisfied it can dismiss the transfer petition

Hi
The options are
a) Your wife can file Divorce petition at Bangalore(being residence of your wife before marriage) or Hyderabad (being place of marriage).
b) You can file a case at Hyderabad (being place of marriage) or Hyderabad being your marital home.
Normally if you file in hyderabad and simultaneously your wife files in Bangalore, then one of you must approach the SUpreme court to transfer the case from / to Bangalore/Hyderabad as only Supreme court has jurisdiction to transfer cases from one state to another.
So if you want to stop the transfer of case from Hyderabad to bangalore, you should have solid reasons to prevent the transfer. reasons can be your ill health, physical disability etc.
However if you have any recordings or Proof's in local language, even assuming your case is transferred to bangalore, the courts at bangalore will send the proof to a language expert appointed by court who will then transfer these evidences in to english and submit to the court.
no worries

Speak up! You must act quickly and, if you do not receive a positive response from the department concerned, you can go to the High Court to file a writ to contest the transfer order. You can hire a good lawyer to fight the petition for transfer filed by your spouse in the High Court.
