Can I stay with another girl without taking divorce

I m 36 years old married and living separate from my wife from last 4+ years.she ruined my life.she is asking for 50 lakh for mutual divorce.I am in love with a girl and want to move ahead.can I live into a live-in with my love till time I get divorce from my wife.suggest.
Firs of all u should file mutual divorce petition before the family court of 13B Of hindu marriage act.after grant the divorce u should live with that girl seperatly.during whole proceeding u will have to give permanent alomoney once time as per as her requirment of your wife which will be fix in the light of principal judge of family court.in whole proceeding 6 months may be be taken.after gramting of decree of divorce you can marry with another girl.

There is no legal impediment in staying with another unmarried girl without taking divorce from your wife. Only impediment is that you cannot marry with the said girl unless you get decree of divorce from your wife.
