Can I sign MOU with husband without taking divorce

Wish to enter into agreement with my husband who is currently not doing any job with following conditions. 1. He wil take up job & continue the same 2. Pay me specified amount each month 3. Purchase flat before specified date. in event of breach of any one of this condition divorse wil b directly enforced. Divorse papers wil also b drafted & signed by both of us at the time of mou. Is it possible. Please guide for proper course of action

you can very well enter into MOU but the document must mention that the mou is executed for the purpose of giving chance to your marriage which is in peril. The clause for seeking divorce on non compliance of mou can be inserted however, at the time pf presentation of petition, presence and signature of both parties before the court is necessary and hence securing signatures in advance will act as an evidence but would not ensure presence of your husband.

you can do the mutual arrangement but there is a different procedure for the same, you will have to take my appointment through LAWRATO, i will guide you in the same. there is a different procedure for it.

Dear client only court has power to give divorce. So there is no provision like if breach of mou then divorce will be automatically become enforce. Of u made mou with husband and he break it then also u have to file for divorce in court. For proper discussion and any legal help call me
