Can I remarry without taking divorce from first wife

Dear Sir/Madam, I got marriage on 30/05/2008 and My wife from october 2009 she is not with me and past some more than 7 years is happen, now i can get another marriage right now and any issue is there please let me now.
You cannot marry someone without taking divorce from your first marriage. If you marry without taking divorce the second marriage will to be a valid marriage.
Therefore it is advised that you should take divorce from the first marriage before marrying someone else.
