Can I obtain mutual divorce outside court

My wfe left the house aand now her mausa callled and said lets do out of court settlement. Her mom call my mom and asking us to visit their home for out of court settlement. Is it okay to vist their home

better arrange a meeting at neutral place along with your lawyer. Invite her terms for the mutual divorce before hand through email. you can share those terms with your lawyer before the said meeting at neutral place. you can also put your terms for the said mutual divorce.

any kind of divorce obtained outside court is illegal.
there is no legal sanction to such divorce.
court is the only authority to grant divorce.
you may proceed to settle the dispute through family mediation. other party will put certain conditions, if u agree, then you can proceed before the court for mutual consent divorce. or else you have to contest the matter by filing separate petition.
