Can I marry someone else without taking divorce?

Dear client u cannot remarry without divorce from court. If u do so then u and yr future husband will charge for bigamy and will punish for five years jail. Also if yr husband get knowledge about yr relationship then he can file case of adultery against both off u and yr boyfriend will punish for five years jail.for any legal help call me

If you are a non muslim you have to take divorce before marrying second time. Your second marriage without obtaining divorce is null and void under indian law and therefore will not be treated as marriage. With Respect to live in relationship it is neither legal nor illegal as indian law doesn't recognise such relations.

First and most important fact of religion you are governed by is not mentioned but if you are Hindu by religion then unless and until you are divorced you are not allowed to remarry or livin relationship. It would amount to offence of adultery under Indian penal conde which is punishable for imprisonment.
