Can i marry someone else without giving divorce to my husband.

3 yrs ago I was married to a boy . We are not live together in 3 yrs. 4 months ago he told me he in a relationship with a other girl. This situation I don't want to divorce with him. My parents do not know about this marriage. This situation if i marriage someone else it's possible?
No you cannot do so it will tantamount to bigamy and for which punishment is for 7 years, you can divorce your first husband over mutual divorce and remarry the person.

Law in our country (exp: in case of a Mohammedan male) does not permit a second marriage without getting a divorce from the first husband. The second marriage will not be valid in the eye of law. If you want to marry for the second time, you first need to get a divorce from your existing husband.

According to The Hindu Marriage Act one cannot marry again during lifetime of husband or Wife. You got married 3 years ago and has been registered under the special marriage act .Though your husband disclosed you about his relationship but he also cannot marry without having divorced. And if you marry again without giving divorced then you commit the offence of bigamy ,punishable with imprisonment which may extend to seven years and shall liable to fine under the Indian Penal code.
So u can either go for contest divorce or mutual consent divorce if ur husband agrees.
